1. How can I determine when my Lexus is due for its next service?
The recommended service interval is every 5,000 miles. We also offer a Service Menu for more details.
2. Do I need an appointment when bringing my car in for service?
We recommend that you make a service appointment whenever possible to ensure your service is completed on time. For your convenience, you can schedule service 24 hours a day online.
3. I did not buy my Lexus from Park Place. Can you still service my vehicle?
As an authorized Lexus dealer, we are happy to service all Lexus vehicles, even for clients who did not purchase from us.
4. Does Park Place Lexus provide loan vehicles?
We provide loan cars by appointment only. For more information, please review our Loan Car page.
5. Does Park Place Lexus detail vehicles?
We do provide detailing services at each of our locations. We also repair minor “dings” by performing paintless dent repair, which does not require extensive body shop work. Our experienced service advisors will be happy to provide a detailed assessment of what sort of services will be needed.
6. How do I schedule pick-up and delivery of my vehicle from my home or office?
We provide pick-up and delivery service to all clients who have purchased a vehicle through a Park Place Lexus dealership. In addition, any client requiring major service or repair that cannot be performed on a “while you wait” basis, and who lives in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex or surrounding areas, will be offered complimentary pick-up and delivery service.
7. What do I do if my Lexus becomes disabled?
Call Park Place Lexus Roadside Service at 972.407.7045. We will dispatch a roadside technician and flatbed tow truck to repair your vehicle, or make arrangements to have it brought to the nearest Lexus dealership.
8. My vehicle was damaged. What should I do next?
You should call Park Place BodyWerks, our body shop, so we can guide you through the process of working with the insurance company. We can help answer all of your questions and assist you with scheduling an appointment and with arranging a rental vehicle. Park Place BodyWerks is a certified Lexus collision repair center and works with all insurance companies. Remember, it’s your choice as to where to have your vehicle repaired.
9. How often should my tires be rotated?
Tire experts recommend a tire rotation every 5,000 miles. Tire pressure should be checked every few weeks.
10. How can I purchase or inquire about an extended warranty?
Our experienced staff of service advisors have all the information you need to make an informed decision on the purchase of an extended warranty. Each of our extended warranty products must be purchased before 30 days and 1,000 miles of the factory warranty expiration.
